Plastics processing
Due to their properties of easy processing and low production costs, plastics are a basic material used in almost all industries. Plastics can be processed in a variety of ways.
Thermoforming
Thermoforming is a moulding process in which a three-dimensional component is formed from sheets of plastic using a suitable mould under the influence of heat.
We are also able to create the right moulding tool for you in wood, aluminium or laminate.
It allows the manufacture of such components:
- lighting (luminaire components, shades, etc.)
- packaging (containers, transport trays, etc.)
- automotive (body parts, interior fittings, roof racks, etc.).
- transport (railway carriage components, buses, aircraft, etc.)
and many other products for various industries.

Laser processing of plastics
Different types of plastic can be processed with the laser machine, such as PMMA (acrylic), polycarbonate, ABS, polypropylene, Delrin, polyamide, POM, polyester or polyethylene. Laser-cutting technology allows components to be produced without contact and therefore without wear and tear. Laser-cut acrylic has perfectly smooth edges and therefore requires no additional processing. In the case of polyester or polycarbonate, the laser beam melts the burrs on the machined edge.
Laser marking technology enables plastics such as ABS, PC or polyamide to be marked quickly and permanently with the highest quality. The elimination of preparation time and the possibility of differentiating the content of the markings allow for cost-effective marking of both individual components and small series.
Milling
Milling is one of the basic methods of processing plastics. It is carried out on specialised CNC machine tools, milling machines or plotters. This method is a cavity machining process that uses rotary tools - milling cutters.
